Chicago, Illinois- Similar to window graphics, automatic doors can be wrapped with advertisements to reach captive audiences as they enter and exit the desired location.

 

Pictured above, Ajax wrapped the doors of supermarkets in order to make the ‘Ajax Glass’ effect clear to everyone. The doors were modified to look dusty so that when the doors were closed you could not see anything. When the doors opened the two squeegees cleaned the windows, leaving a crystal clear image of the supermarket.

 

Ajax took advantage of the unique space that the supermarkets had and chose to advertise on them. This is much more unconventional than the usual supermarket display, yet brings more attention to the creativeness and effectiveness of the advertisement.
